Martini founded the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty MS150 team to raise funds needed to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. He and his team raised over $100,000 over two years. In 2015 he ran his first marathon while raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association. Martini also is devoted to Friends for Life, a no-kill animal adoption and rescue organization. He donates a portion of each commission to charity.

    Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Javier Gautier has worldly knowledge and the gift of relating and connecting to people. With his expertise in customer service and client satisfaction these traits make Javier an ideal Realtor. Javier grew up speaking Spanish, but learned English during literature classes throughout his schooling in Puerto Rico. He relocated to Indiana in 1990 to attend Purdue University, beginning his road to a successful career in client relations. After college, he moved to Miami and worked for a prestigious hotel group, day to day management of front office operations helped him to excel in customer service, problem solving and logistics.

    In 1999 Javier made his move to Houston, where he became a corporate travel consultant for one of the top agencies in the U.S. In his 14 years as a consultant, Javier focused on arranging travel and meeting planning for upper management, quickly becoming the go-to person for CEO’s and top ranking executives at various Fortune 500 companies. Javier’s devotion to his clients and hard work helped him become a top producing consultant.

    Javier’s vast experience of day to day client interaction and quick thinking made his move to residential real estate an easy transition. His years of helping people find comfort and ease in travelling inspired him to help people navigate the home buying and selling process with that same comfort and ease.

    As a resident of The Heights for over 7 years, Javier has watched the neighborhood flourish. He has kept a close eye on the real estate market in Houston and spends time researching up and coming neighborhoods and helping builders find “the next great lot”.     Like so many in Houston, Tim is an oil and gas transplant. After attending school in Arkansas, he moved to North Dakota where he worked in procurement for a Texas-based oilfield supply company. Tim later transferred to San Antonio before eventually moving to Houston to work for a global well service company as a procurement specialist. Reviewing contracts, submitting purchase orders and managing jobs from bid proposals to job completion were just a few of the duties Tim did that prepared him for a successful career in real estate. Tim is known for his strong work ethic and his tenacious dedication to his clients. Tim is a second-generation realtor. Three years after moving to Houston, he decided to follow his dream of obtaining his real estate license and hasn’t looked back since.
